About the Role:
Rajal J Patel DDS PA is looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental practice in Orange, NJ! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a patient-centered environment where your expertise and care make a real difference in people's smiles every day.



Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures for patients
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal evaluations
• Take and review dental X-rays and document findings in patient records
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Screen patients for oral cancer, gum disease, and other dental conditions
• Apply sealants, fluoride treatments, and other preventive therapies
• Collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized patient treatment plans

Requirements:

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of New Jersey
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred
• Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive dental care
• Excellent chairside manner with the ability to put patients at ease
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
