About the Role:
Nidhi Gupta DDS is looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental practice in Hayward, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a patient-centered environment where your expertise and care make a real difference in people's smiles every day.



Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing procedures for patients
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and document findings in patient records
• Take and review dental X-rays and present findings to the dentist
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, home care, and preventive strategies
• Screen patients for oral cancer, gum disease, and other dental health concerns
• Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants as indicated
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience

Requirements:

• Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with periodontal therapy and prophylaxis procedures
• Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dental team
• Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide permits preferred
