Registered Dental Hygienist – Blaine, MN

Location: Blaine, MN

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 32–40 hours per week

Multiple opportunities are available in the Blaine area. Scheduling can be discussed based on candidate availability.

Compensation

• $60–$65/hour
• Annualized Base Compensation: Approximately $99,840–$135,200/year
• Competitive bonus system
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000

Position Summary

We are seeking patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienists to join established practices in Blaine, MN.

With multiple hygiene openings in the area, candidates have an excellent opportunity to find a practice environment and schedule that complement their professional and personal goals.

Our hygienists play an important role in developing long-term patient relationships and providing comprehensive preventive and periodontal care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and SRP
• Conduct periodontal and oral health assessments
• Obtain diagnostic radiographs
• Provide individualized patient education
• Maintain complete clinical documentation
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical team members
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Minnesota Dental Hygienist license or eligibility
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication skills
• Patient-centered clinical philosophy
• New graduates and experienced hygienists welcome
