    $5,000 Welcome Bonus


    Apex is seeking to add a qualified full-time RDH to our long-tenured staff. As an RDH at an Apex-supported practice, you will be responsible for ensuring that every patient has an Outstanding Patient Experience. You will work as part of a close-knit ‘work family’ and earn the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities in a dynamic, high growth healthcare services environment. We believe strongly in continuous improvement, and you will be an active participant in identifying opportunities to improve.

    Core responsibilities include:

    • Performing dental hygiene procedures

    • Educating patients on available dental options

    • Explaining home dental care procedures to patients

    • Recording and reviewing patient medical histories

    • Providing comforting, sympathetic patient care

    • Taking dental x-rays

    Requirements:

    • Positive and outgoing personality

    • Exceptional communication skills

    • Thorough knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene

    • Excellent patient care skills

    • Reliable and Trustworthy

    • Willingness to learn

    • Must have all current certifications and licenses


    $5,000 welcome bonus to be paid out with $2,500 after completion of 180-day probationary period and $2,500 after a year.
