Ephrata Family Dentistry is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our Ephrata office! We are a supportive, team-oriented practice that values quality care, efficiency, and a positive work environment.
Compensation
We offer a strong base pay with performance-based bonus potential:
- Base Pay: $40/hour
- Monthly Bonus Opportunity:
Hygienists earn a bonus when their monthly net production exceeds 30%

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
- Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient assessments
- Take and interpret dental radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and overall oral health
- Work collaboratively with the dentist and team to deliver excellent patient care
What We’re Looking For
- Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene license
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
