Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Tacoma / Lakewood, WA

We are hiring a Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our established and growing dental practice serving the Tacoma–Lakewood, WA area. This position is ideal for a hygienist who values patient education, modern technology, and a supportive, team-focused environment.

Schedule (Highly Competitive for Tacoma Area)
- Tuesday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Typically 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM) - 4-day workweek
- No weekends
Compensation & Benefits (Tacoma-Market Competitive)
- $68–$73 per hour (based on experience)

Registered Dental Hygienist Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient education on oral hygiene and disease prevention
- Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis
- Conduct scaling and root planing (SRP)
- Utilize advanced dental technology, including iTero scanning
- Administer local anesthesia in accordance with WA State licensure
- Assist with composite restorations under dentist supervision
- Maintain clinical excellence and accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Current certifications in:
- Radiographs
- Dental anesthesia
- Experience with composite restorations preferred
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
