Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time)

Sunset Smiles Dental Center is looking for a caring, energetic, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team!


We are currently seeking a hygienist to work one Friday per month. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to supplement their current schedule while working in a modern, patient-centered dental practice.


Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance.
• Review and update medical and dental histories.
• Perform periodontal assessments and charting.
• Take digital dental radiographs as needed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Accurately document treatment and clinical findings in Dentrix.
• Maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
• Work closely with the doctor and team to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Required).
• Minimum 2 years of hygiene experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience with Dentrix is a plus.
