Registered Dental Hygienist – Etters, PA | Competitive Pay + Benefits!

Our organization is on the lookout for a Registered Dental Hygienist to become part of our team in Etters, PA. As a privately owned family practice, we are proud to celebrate two decades of dedicated service to our community in 2025.

In our office, we emphasize patient-centered care, ensuring that each appointment is given the time it deserves—no double-booking and no rushed cleanings. You will have the necessary time and support to deliver exceptional care.

Bonus: We have a therapy dog in the office—dog lovers are a must!

Schedule:Part-time positions available, starting with 1 day and potentially increasing to 2 days (Please apply if you are available on any of the following days)

• Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits:

• $45 to $55 per hour (based on experience)
• SIMPLE IRA with employer matching

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comfortable, patient-focused care
• Conduct oral examinations and review patient health histories
• Identify dental conditions such as gingivitis, cavities, or periodontitis
• Perform cleanings, apply preventive treatments, and take X-rays
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices
• Assist the dentist with treatment planning
• Maintain precise patient records
• Adhere to sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

• Current PA RDH license
• Certification in Local Anesthesia
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, collaborative demeanor
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Dentrix is preferred but not mandatory
