    Location: Hamilton, NJ

    Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

    Compensation

    • Hourly Rate: $55–$60/hour
    • Annualized Compensation: Approximately $114,400 – $124,800/year based on full-time schedule
    • Additional Earnings: Base hourly compensation plus commission opportunities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and preventive dentistry
    • Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and preventive hygiene procedures
    • Conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings
    • Take and interpret dental radiographs
    • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and preventive care strategies
    • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
    • Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
    • Support a positive, efficient, and team-oriented clinical environment

    Qualifications

    • Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
    • Current CPR/BLS certification
    • Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
