Premier Dental is seeking a motivated, skilled, and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing, patient-focused team. • Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Practice Overview:

• 2 General Dentists

• 1 Periodontist

• 2 Full-Time RDHs, 1 Part-Time RDH

• 2 Dental Assistants, 1 EFDA

• 2 Front Desk Coordinators

• Dedicated Office Manager

• 3 hygiene operatories

• Black scrubs provided

• Primarily Fee-for-Service; 3 PPOs accepted

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist license

• Local anesthesia certification

• Knowledge of OSHA sterilization protocols

• Current CPR certification

• Proficiency with charting and scheduling software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to periodontal, oral, and systemic health

• Ability to build strong patient and team relationships

• Strong work ethic with integrity and accountability

• Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable

• Willingness to learn new systems, techniques, and feedback
