The Role

As the Registered Dental Hygienist, you'll be an essential part of our client's clinical team — building lasting relationships with patients, delivering comprehensive preventive care, and partnering with their dentists to support whole-patient health. You'll work in a well-equipped, organized operatory with strong administrative support so you can focus on what you do best: caring for patients.

What You'll Do

• Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments, including medical history review, periodontal charting, and oral cancer screenings
• Provide prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and other preventive and therapeutic treatments
• Take and review radiographs in compliance with ALARA standards and state regulations
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and the connection between oral and systemic health
• Document patient records accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized patient treatment plans
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant clinical environment

What We're Looking For

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with digital radiography and practice management software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — our patients love to feel heard
• A collaborative, positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Local anesthesia certification a plus
