Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity in the dental field? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dynamic dental team in Franklin, TN. As a key member of our practice, you'll play an essential role in providing excellent care while working in a positive, collaborative environment that truly values your skills and dedication.
What We’re Looking For
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Utilize medical imaging, including CBCT, to capture accurate diagnostic images.
- Use Dental Camera to take pictures for patient education
- Accurately document patient treatment plans, notes, and medical history.
- Educate patients on their oral health using pictures and radiographs as aids.
- Help manage patient flow and scheduling within the practice.
- Collaborate closely with dentists and teammates to provide exceptional care.
- Conduct documentation reviews to maintain compliance with standards.

Requirements
- Active Dental Hygienist license in accordance with state regulations.
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental software preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general dentistry, infection control, and patient education.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask efficiently.
