Dental Hygienist
Location: Stamford, CT 06901
Pay Range: $50–$65/hour
Annualized Range: Approximately $102,700–$133,500 per year based on a 39.5-hour work week

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional concierge-level patient care while creating a welcoming and comfortable experience
- Build trusting relationships with patients through outstanding communication and education
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and identify signs of periodontal disease or oral pathology
- Review and document complete medical histories, chief complaints, and clinical findings
- Capture high-quality diagnostic radiographs and intraoral images
- Perform preventive hygiene procedures in accordance with the dentist's treatment plan
- Monitor patients throughout treatment and respond appropriately to any unexpected clinical situations
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, home care, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with dentists and fellow team members to provide outstanding patient care
- Follow all infection control and OSHA protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Connecticut
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical knowledge of comprehensive dentistry and preventive care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for educating patients and promoting long-term oral health
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Any additional certifications or licenses required by the State of Connecticut
