We're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist who genuinely enjoys connecting with patients, educating them, and practicing at a high clinical standard. We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Holds a current California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Is warm, kind, and able to build lasting relationships with patients.
- Takes pride in being thorough, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Believes patient education is just as important as treatment.
- Enjoys collaborating with teammates and contributing to a positive office culture.
- Is curious, growth-minded, and excited to continue learning.
- Has an interest in functional dentistry, prevention, and airway wellness (experience is a plus, but we're happy to teach the right person).
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care.
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and documentation.
- Educate patients on oral-systemic health, home care, and disease prevention.
- Create personalized hygiene recommendations based on each patient's needs.
- Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout their visit.
