Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Valley Park
Our client is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their busy and supportive dental team in Valley Park, MO. This opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys working in a collaborative, low-drama environment and values strong teamwork. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Schedule:
Full-Time:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Thursday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
Part-Time Option:
Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: $55 – $60 per hour (based on experience).
Production Bonus: $20 per additional patient seen.
Scrub Stipend: Offered.

Practice Details:
Team Size: 10 team members.
Operatories: 9 ops.
Dental Software: Dentrix.
Hygiene Setup: Single or double column based on hygienist preference.
Hygiene Assistant: Available if working double column.

The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented hygienist who works well with other hygienists and team members and is committed to providing excellent patient care. The practice is open to experienced hygienists as well as new graduates who are eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
