    Eliot is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) division. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings.

    The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults with mental illness by setting and working toward individualized nutritional goals. They will understand the connection between diet and mental well-being and be able to provide practical, supportive guidance as part of a holistic care teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide education and consultation on health, diet, nutrition, and activity levels
    • Offer 1:1 support in developing realistic health, diet, exercise, and nutrition plans based on individual preferences, needs, and abilities
    • Collaborate with ACCS team to support goal achievement and intervention follow-through
    • Develop and implement creative nutrition interventions within the context of mental and behavioral health
    • Conduct nutrition screenings, assessments, and documentation, and facilitate care coordination

    Qualifications:

    • Requires a Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
    • Experience working with adults with severe mental illness
    • Completed ACEND accredited dietetic internship
    • Must have CDR credentials (RDN) and State Licensure (LDN).
    • Valid Massachusetts drivers license

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

     

    Annual Salary

    $57,680 - $57,680USD
