We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our collaborative healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in improving residents’ health and quality of life through nutrition, while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Your Role
- Perform nutritional assessments on residents (admission, quarterly, annually, and as needed)
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
- Counsel residents on nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Collaborate with the Food Services team to plan meals based on dietary needs and preferences
- Complete MDS documentation and monthly weight reviews
- Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Monitor meal service and conduct meal rounds for accuracy and quality
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Assist with QA/QI audits, training, and departmental initiatives
- Supervise dietary staff as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- RD or CDN preferred (not required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of dietary regulations and clinical nutrition practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
