We Are Hiring:

What You Will Do:
  • Provide Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive pre- and post-operative nutritional assessments, monitor nutrition status and manage individualized care plans for long-term bariatric success.
  • Manage the Care Continuum: Provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative nutritional counseling—focusing on diet progression, supplementation, and long-term habits—while continuously monitoring patient progress to adjust individualized care plans.
  • Lead Patient Education: Empower individuals by facilitating bariatric education classes, hosting support groups, and teaching mindful eating and sustainable behavior modification.
  • Collaborate and Document: Partner closely with surgeons and multidisciplinary care teams while ensuring accurate, compliant medical record (EMR) documentation and accreditation compliance.
What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist credentialed from the Commission on Dietetic Registration obtained
    prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
    degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
Additional Preferences:
  • Experience working with bariatric patients
  • Experience with patient education
