Job Title: Registered Dietitian (Clinical Dietitian)
Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule:
• Day Shift – Flexible Start Time
• Start between 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM
• 8.5 Hour Shifts (30-minute lunch included)
• 5 shifts per week
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian for a travel assignment in Fort Myers, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical dietitian experience in hospital or long-term care settings and the flexibility to float between multiple healthcare campuses as needed.
The patient population primarily includes adults aged 55+, along with patients across all age groups.
• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans
• Provide medical nutrition therapy and patient counseling
• Monitor patient nutritional status and modify care plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on dietary needs and nutrition management
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting
• Ensure compliance with clinical nutrition standards and facility protocols
• Float between campuses as needed to support patient care operations
• Minimum 2 years of Clinical Dietitian experience required
• Hospital or LTC clinical nutrition experience required
• Active Florida Dietitian License required
• Strong communication and patient education skills required
• Ability to float between facilities as needed
• Comfortable working with geriatric and medically complex patient populations
