Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in the long-term care/rehabilitation setting. This is a part-time opportunity for approximately 12 hours/week.
PRN coverage opportunities are also available.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation
Complete MDS assessments and care plans
Monitor weights and nutrition risk
Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings
Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits
Onsite visits completed during weekdays
Qualifications
Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
Active state licensure or certification, as applicable
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
