Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited college.
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
At least three years’ experience in Clinical Nutrition with a focus on oncology preferred.
Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO) or completion of certification within one year of hire.
Proficient in using electronic health records systems
Experience in patient education and public speaking
Successful completion of Department Programs
Successful completion of WPHC orientation program
Position Summary
The Oncology Dietitian will assess cancer patients’ nutritional status, develop personalized care plans and provide ongoing education and support to help patients maintain their nutritional health throughout treatment. The Oncology Dietitian works closely with the interdisciplinary team to provided integrated care to cancer patients
