    Provides Medical Nutrition Therapy care services including nutrition assessment, intervention and education. Provides education via webinars, lectures and seminars. Participates in Health Fairs and other community events.

     

    Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:

    • Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition or Dietetics required
    • Kentucky Dietician License
    • CDR (Commission on Dietetic Registration)
