This role plays a critical part in advancing patient health by delivering safe, high-quality nutrition care aligned with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll serve as a trusted nutrition resource, contributing to both patient outcomes and broader care team success.

What You'll Do
• Execute the Nutrition Care Process (assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, and evaluation) to deliver individualized patient care
• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling for disease management and recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care and optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation aligned with regulatory standards and clinical protocols
• Educate patients, healthcare staff, and support teams on nutrition best practices
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support program development
• Contribute to operational success, including quality outcomes and financial performance 

What We're Looking For
• A current, up-to-date resume
• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field (ACEND-accredited program)
• Registered Dietitian credential (RD/RDN) or eligibility with expectation to obtain within 120 days
• State licensure/certification as required
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and ability to apply evidence-based practices in care settings
• Experience in clinical or outpatient nutrition (preferred)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of care
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
