LWell LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert nutritional counseling, education, and personalized dietary plans to clients across a wide range of health needs. You will play an integral role in promoting healthy lifestyles, managing chronic conditions, and improving overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Nutritional Assessment & Counseling:
- Conduct individual assessments of clients’ health, medical history, dietary habits, and lifestyle to develop personalized nutrition plans.
- Provide counseling and guidance to clients on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and behavior modification techniques.
Health Education & Workshops:
- Deliver group education sessions, workshops, or webinars on various nutrition topics (e.g., weight management, diabetes, heart health).
- Create educational materials and resources for clients to support their journey toward better health.
Clinical Dietetics:
- Collaborate with medical professionals, including physicians and therapists, to develop nutrition interventions for patients with specific health conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, gastrointestinal disorders).
- Monitor client progress and adjust nutritional plans as needed to meet individual health goals.
Program Development & Evaluation:
- Assist in the development of nutrition-related programs and initiatives for corporate wellness, community outreach, and client retention.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through client feedback and health outcomes.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client assessments, nutrition plans, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide regular reports on client progress and health improvements.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) with active licensures.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based nutrition practices.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in a clinical, wellness, or community-based nutrition setting is preferred.
