Pay: Salaried W-2 position (Full‑Time or Part‑Time) - $1,500-$2,000 weekly

Productivity expectation of 30 patient visits per week, with an additional per-visit rate of approximately $65–$70 for visits completed above that threshold

SCHEDULE FOR OUR REGISTERED FIELD NURSE:

• Full‑Time or Part‑Time with visits scheduled within 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; you won't work a 12‑hour shift
• Choose at least one territory and cover all ZIP codes in that territory (you may choose multiple):

YOUR ROLE AS A REGISTERED FIELD NURSE:

Each day as a Registered Field Nurse, you map your territory and head out to complete SOCs, recertifications, routine skilled visits, and discharges, performing comprehensive assessments, implementing and updating the plan of care, and turning complex instructions into practical teaching for patients and families; you capture accurate, timely EMR documentation (assessments, interventions, orders, signatures) to keep visits compliant and billable; you coordinate with physicians, therapists, care coordinators, and admin to align orders and authorizations; and when you spot a change in condition or safety risk, you escalate early to protect outcomes and prevent avoidable hospitalizations-all while reinforcing quality standards and participating in QA feedback that sharpens care.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• Active Florida RN license and reliable transportation
• 3+ years of nursing experience

Preferred:

• Home health or field‑based experience
• SOC/recert/discharge experience
• Strong documentation & OASIS
• Spanish a plus
