Job Title: Registered Field Nurse Location: Serving Atlantic and Cape May Counties, New Jersey Company: Homewatch CareGivers of Cape May, NJ Position Type: Per Diem Compensation and Hours: Starting at $38.00 per hour, approximately 10–20 hours per month, plus mileage reimbursement between client visits, with opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct comprehensive in-home client assessments and develop individualized Plans of Care.
Perform supervisory and quality assurance visits to ensure exceptional client care and regulatory compliance.
Educate clients, families, and caregivers regarding health conditions, medications, nutrition, and wellness.
Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate client services.
Monitor client status, recognize changes in condition, and communicate recommendations to the appropriate healthcare providers.
Mentor and support caregivers through clinical guidance, education, and competency validation.
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant electronic documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives while helping support the continued growth of our clinical services
Are You the Right Fit?
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of New Jersey.
Minimum of five (5) years of professional nursing experience required.
A minimum of three (3) years of recent home care or hospice nursing experience is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to perform independent clinical assessments, develop individualized Plans of Care, and make sound clinical decisions in the home setting.
Strong knowledge of geriatric care, chronic disease management, and home care best practices.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and exercise sound clinical judgment in the home setting.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with electronic health records and technology.
Current CPR certification.
Knowledge of New Jersey home care regulations preferred.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout Atlantic and Cape May Counties.
