REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST – Facial & Lymphatic Specialty

Full-Time Employee Position | $70,000–$75,000 Starting Salary | Westboro, Ottawa

This is not a standard RMT position.

Good Face is a specialized facial and lymphatic massage clinic in Ottawa. We are looking for a thoughtful, motivated Registered Massage Therapist who wants to develop a specialty, refine their skills, and build a meaningful long-term career within a close-knit team.

Previous experience in facial or lymphatic massage is an asset, but it is not required. We provide comprehensive training and onboarding in both facial and full-body lymphatic massage. This includes in-depth education in the Good Face Method—our signature approach to facial massage therapy—as well as the techniques and clinical foundations used in our full-body lymphatic treatments.

Your development continues well beyond onboarding. Through ongoing mentorship, continued education, and regular opportunities to refine your skills, you can advance into specialized areas such as post-operative rehabilitation, bridal preparation programs, and other advanced treatment offerings. Compensation & Value

• Starting salary of $70,000–$75,000

• Comprehensive onboarding and specialty training valued at over $5,000

• Paid training and ongoing mentorship

• Five-year career development plan with opportunities for raises, advanced specialization, and increased responsibility

• Full-time employee position—not an independent contractor arrangement

• Regular payroll with employer CPP and EI contributions

• Vacation pay, paid sick days, and paid public holidays

Full-Time Schedule

20 clients per week | 26 scheduled hours per week

• Sunday: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

• Monday: 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

• Tuesday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

• Wednesday: 2:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.

• Thursday: 2:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.

• Friday and Saturday options may also be available

Your Role

• Provide facial and lymphatic massage treatments using the Good Face Method

• Create thoughtful, personalized treatment experiences

• Maintain accurate and professional client treatment charts

• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms according to clinic standards

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and development conversations

• Support shared clinic standards, including sanitation and treatment-room organization

Requirements

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario

• Professional liability insurance

• Availability for the complete weekly schedule listed above

• Commitment to completing Good Face training and mentorship

• Genuine interest in facial and lymphatic massage

• Interest in building a long-term career within the clinic
