About the Role:
Evermore Senior Living LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Medication Aide/CNA to join our caring team in Woodbridge, VA. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents accurately and in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
• Provide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, and any changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, families, and care team members regarding resident needs
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily activities to promote resident well-being
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
• Follow all facility policies, HIPAA guidelines, and state-mandated care standards

Requirements:

• Active Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Valid Virginia Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification required
• Previous experience in a senior living, long-term care, or assisted living setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and documentation
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
