Seeking licensed therapist for a thriving, up and coming private practice in the following area:
South Miami

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy services in an in-office setting based on client needs.
  • Maintain an active caseload of approximately 28 client sessions per week while providing exceptional clinical care.
  • Complete all clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and discharge summaries, within required timeframes.
  • Develop, maintain, and safeguard accurate client records in accordance with HIPAA, Florida regulations, and agency policies.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish appropriate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision.
  • Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities that are appropriate to each client's presenting concerns and treatment goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with supervisors, clinical staff, and administrative team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in individual and group supervision as required by the Florida Board and Optimal Living Center.
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with Florida licensing regulations and the applicable professional code of ethics.
  • Demonstrate cultural humility, professionalism, empathy, and respect while working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Manage scheduling, attendance, and client communication in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a high standard of client engagement to promote treatment adherence and positive clinical outcomes.
  • Participate in clinical trainings, staff meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continual learning, clinical excellence, and personal growth.
  • Represent Optimal Living Center with integrity, compassion, and professionalism in every client interaction.
