Shift Hours Available (Block Scheduling)

• AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality direct patient care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments efficiently and accurately.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and maintain clear documentation.
• Serve as a clinical team leader and advocate to ensure resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered State of Illinois RN or LPN license required.
• Experience: Prior nursing experience is preferred, but new graduates are highly encouraged to apply—we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
• Skills: Strong clinical judgement, attention to detail, and a passion for compassionate senior care.
