Pediatric nursing with purpose.

As an RN at Ranken Jordan, you’ll provide individualized care for medically complex children while building meaningful relationships with patients and families.

You’ll assess patients, recognize subtle changes in their conditions, manage specialized equipment and therapies, administer medications and treatments, and help prepare families to confidently care for their child.

And you’ll have a team beside you. You’ll collaborate with physicians, therapists, care coordinators, social workers, nurses, and other professionals—all working toward one goal: helping each child make meaningful progress.

What You’ll Do

• Provide safe, developmentally appropriate care for children with complex medical needs
• Perform assessments and recognize changes in patient condition
• Manage tracheostomies, ventilators, feeding tubes, central lines, and other medical technology
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on individualized care plans
• Educate, support, and advocate for patients and families

What We’re Looking For

Current Missouri RN license, BLS, and PALS certification is required or must be completed during orientation. Pediatric nursing experience is preferred.

Most importantly, we’re looking for nurses who bring compassion, patience, clinical judgment, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

Nights:                                                 7p-7:30a, Three nights of your choice, every third weekend

Weekend Option 1:      

Days 7a–7:30p                  Saturday & Sunday          Weekday of your choice (set) no holiday rotation

Nights 7p-7:30a                Saturday & Sunday          Weekday of your choice (set) no holiday rotation

Weekend Option 2:      

Days 7a-7:30p                  Saturday & Sunday          Weekday rotating included in holiday rotation

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting rate:                                    $34+ per hour dependent upon experience

Sign On Bonus                                 $10K, Half on second paycheck, half at end of year 1

Evening & Weekend Differential
