Registered Nurse (RN) – 12 Hour Shifts | $63.50/hr | Phoenix, AZ

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $63.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts (Days or Nights)

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

• 36–40 hours/week (alternating weeks)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition

• Provide direct patient care, including support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Develop and update individualized care plans

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transitions

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (EMR)

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Participate in shift reports and collaborate with nursing staff

• Support quality assurance and patient safety initiatives

What You Bring

• Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)

• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and medication administration

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab, or acute care preferred

• New grads with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply
