Key Responsibilities
Deliver RN care for residents with varying support needs, including health assessments, medication administration, and ongoing clinical monitoring
Coordinate care and communicate changes/concerns with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized, comprehensive plans
Provide clear, timely clinical documentation and shift-to-shift handoff to support continuous 24-hour coverage
Support a person-centered approach when providing care, including respectful engagement with residents and collaboration with families/guardians as appropriate

Schedule: Full-time, 6:45am-3:15pm | Rotating break days | Every other weekend off | OT as needed
