Serve as a catalyst for individuals with mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive disorders to help them realize their full human potential by offering quality, excellent care with greater accessibility.
Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is seeking a Registered Nurse 3 for our Reaching Independence through Support and Education (RISE) Treatment Center. The Nurse is expected to provide compassionate, patient-centered care at a treatment center dedicated to pregnant women with substance use disorders and their dependent children. This role involves delivering medical care, supporting maternal and pediatric health, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive comprehensive treatment.
Minimum Qualifications
Possession of a current Louisiana Registered Nurse license or a temporary permit or multi-state license issued by a Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC/eNLC) state to practice as a registered nurse plus one of the following:
Two years of experience as a licensed registered nurse; OR
A bachelors degree in nursing plus one year of experience as a licensed registered nurse; OR
A masters degree in nursing or public health plus one year of experience as a licensed registered nurse; OR
A doctorate in nursing or public health.

Location: RISE Treatment Facility (Monroe)
Compensation: NEDHSA is a designated approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site. Clinicians who work at NHSC-approved sites are eligible to apply to the NHSC Loan Repayment Program to pay off student loans.
(Full-time clinical practice is defined as no less than 40 hours per week, for a minimum of 45 weeks per year.)
