Our Adolescent Inpatient Psych Unit is hiring for a full-time day shift position! The RN for this unit delivers care to children and adolescents with complex behavioral and emotional needs. The Registered Nurse in our Behavioral Health Department supports two primary areas: the Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatric Unit and the Behavioral Health Access Center, (Psychiatric Holding Unit). RNs have the opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team and are involved in the treatment planning and implementation of therapeutic interventions specific to each patient's goals. As a Registered Nurse in Adolescent Psych compassion, leading nursing enrichment activities, establishing therapeutic boundaries, and being comfortable deescalating situations are all necessary components of patient care.
