Salary Range: $53.99-$77.79
Shift Differentials:
- $2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- $10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
- $2.50 extra for working weekends

Position Summary
Asante Ashland, located in Ashland, Oregon. Outpatient services include internal medicine, home health, wound care, and hyperbaric medicine. Founded in 1907, the hospital has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the community and the changing demands of healthcare.
The RN for Asante Ashland Emergency Department is responsible for delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacting with patients and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Position Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
One of the following is required for experience
- Minimum 1 year of emergency department experience is and/or critical care experience
- Experience as an emergency department tech
- Completion of practicum hours in an emergency department for nursing school
- Previous EMS licensure
- 9 months of clinical decision unit RN at Asante
Licensure/Certifications
- RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
- BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
- ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support certified by American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start
- PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support certified by American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start
- TNCC: Trauma Nurse Core Course is required within 4 months of hire
- CEN: Certified Emergency Nurse is preferred
