Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care

Senior Helpers of High Point is hiring a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to support our growing home-care and skilled-nursing services.

Responsibilities

Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits

Develop and update care plans

Provide skilled nursing services

Supervise caregivers and clinical staff

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team

Requirements

Current North Carolina RN license

Current CPR/BLS certification

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills

Home-care, geriatric, wound-care, or supervisory experience preferred

Position: [Part-time/PRN]

Pay: [$35.00–$42.00 an hour depending upon experience]
