About the Role:
All Hopes Incorporated is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Assisted Living team in Coon Rapids, MN! Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to assisted living residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment
• Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans
• Monitor and document changes in resident health status and communicate with physicians and families
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
• Ensure compliance with state and federal assisted living regulations and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote resident well-being and quality of life

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric nursing preferred
• Strong knowledge of resident assessment, care planning, and medication management
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to resident care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced care environment
