Base Pay: $28.90 – $41.00/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $8,000 – $12,000
Shift Differentials:
7a–3p: Sat & Sun +$1.25/hr
3p–11p: Mon–Thu +$2.00/hr | Fri–Sun +$3.00/hr
11p–7a: Mon–Thu +$4.00/hr | Fri–Sun +$5.00/hr
Youth Populations:
FT Nights – 32 & 36 hrs/week
FT Evenings – 32 hrs/week
High Acuity Adult Populations:
FT Days – 36 hrs/week
FT Evenings – 32 hrs/week
FT Nights – 36 hrs/week
Older Adult Populations:
FT Evenings – 32 hrs/week
FT Nights – 32 hrs/week
Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and adjust as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide direct nursing care.
Educate patients and families on treatment, medications, and discharge plans.
Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Document patient care and communicate effectively with providers.
Function as charge nurse when needed, delegating and overseeing staff.
Current Michigan RN License (BSN preferred)
Knowledge of psychiatric nursing theory (new grads considered; psych or ED experience preferred)
Physical and emotional stamina to care for diverse patient populations
