Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health - Worcester, MA

Job Title: RN – Behavioral Health
Location: Worcester, Massachusetts
Rate: Up to $2300.00 Gross Weekly
Position: 13-week Contract (Travel and Local Accepted)
Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Day Shift)
Hours: 36 hours per week, every other weekend required, 2 major holidays + 1 minor holiday commitment

Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts
Minimum of 1-2 years of Behavioral health experience.
Ability to float between all units including general psych, adolescent, and detox
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient mental health setting

Certifications:
Current BLS certification required or must be obtained prior to start

Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care in an inpatient behavioral health setting
Float across all units including adult, adolescent, general, and detox as needed
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in mental and physical status
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Support admissions, stabilization, and ongoing patient care planning
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment for patients
