Work Schedule: 
  • Varies by task order and assignment; may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • The Clinical Center operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
Pay rate: $44 - $78 (Pay range varies as per the speciality and experience)

Registered Nurse (RN) – Multiple Specialties
Position Summary

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality patient care across a variety of clinical specialties. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
This position may support one or more specialty areas including Medical-Surgical, Intensive Care, Emergency Department, Cardiology, Oncology, Dialysis, Pediatrics, Operating Room, Psychiatric Services, Radiology, Case Management, and other specialty units based on facility needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
  • Monitor patient conditions and promptly report significant changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
  • Provide patient advocacy and promote a positive patient experience.
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations and clinical crises.
  • Precept, mentor, and support nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced certifications applicable to specialty area (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, CCRN, OCN, CAPA, etc.).
  • Previous experience in the assigned specialty.
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems.
  • BSN preferred.
