Saratoga Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing services in an outpatient clinical setting. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting clinical operations, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
- Successful completion of the NCLEX examination
- Current unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS certification if required
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of strong current Acute Care Medical-Surgical experience
- Vaccine administration and monitoring experience preferred
- Ability to meet all credentialing and compliance requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as ordered
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor patient safety and ensure compliance with clinical standards
- Support quality improvement and patient care initiatives
- Perform additional nursing duties as assigned
Position Details:
- 13-week contract assignment
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Shift hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- No weekends required
- Off on all Federal holidays
- Outpatient clinic environment
