Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention in a community-based health setting. 
This contract position is located in Bronx, NY, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 04:30pm. 
The role requires coordination of health services and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements
Valid New York State Driver's License preferred
License and current registration as a Registered Nurse in New York
CPR certification
Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interpersonal skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders
Willingness to work at multiple program sites

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program
At least one year of experience with community-based health services for individuals with developmental disabilities
Ability to interpret reports and documents
Proficiency in applying mathematical concepts to practical situations
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
