Job Overview:
Pay Range: $34.91hr - $50.81hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
- 3-5+ years of experience.
- Previous medical-surgical experience.
- IV Therapy skills.
- Compliance with training requirements including HIPAA Privacy and Security.
- Adherence to the expectations and professional responsibilities of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver care to patients in accordance with physician's orders, including health maintenance, episodic and chronic care to adolescent, adult, and elder populations.
- Review medical records for pertinent previous and current medical information.
- Interview patients for assessment of current problems, medications, and allergies.
- Administer medications according to policy and procedure.
- Identify acute versus emergency situations and respond to emergencies according to policy.
- Document all care provided in a concise and complete manner.
- Organize tasks, solve problems, and respond in a calm, purposeful, and pleasant manner during times of multiple demands and emergency situations.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in ER or Urgent Care settings.
