Pay Range: $35-50 an hour 

Job Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care to adolescents, adults, and elderly patients in accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols. This role supports health maintenance, acute and chronic care management, patient assessments, medication administration, and emergency response while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including health maintenance, episodic care, and chronic disease management.
• Review medical records and assess patients' current conditions, medications, and allergies.
• Administer medications in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Identify and appropriately respond to acute, urgent, and emergency medical situations.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate care in accordance with physician orders and department guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements and departmental policies.
• Organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities while delivering high-quality patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and clinical staff to support positive health outcomes.
• Support clinical procedures and IV therapy services when applicable.
