About The Department

· Cardiac rehab is a medically supervised program designed to improve your cardiovascular health after a heart attack or heart surgery through exercise and lifestyle modifications. Pulmonary rehab programs offer substantial benefits in improving lung function, reducing symptoms, and enhancing the quality of life for those suffering from chronic lung disease or asthma. Pulmonary rehab includes exercise classes and education about your lung disease or condition.

About The Career:

· The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care and rehabilitation nursing staff leadership. Assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates the patient's response to treatment. Manages care within the therapeutic environment and directs the delivery of nursing care by other members of the nursing treatment team.

All About You:

  • Current Colorado or compact state RN license or ability to become licensed.
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's, Associated, or Diploma in Nursing.
  • BLS required upon hire.
