Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Raleigh, and surrounding communities
Schedule: Flexible – Part-Time / PRN
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities
️ Conduct client assessments and reassessments
️ Develop and oversee individualized care plans
️ Supervise and support caregivers
️ Monitor clients’ health status and changing needs
️ Communicate with families and healthcare professionals
️ Help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home
Qualifications
Active North Carolina RN license
Home care or home health experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Ability to work independently
