• Pay Rate: $70.00 $71.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day Shift (5x8 Hours), 8:00 AM 4:30 PM; weekend rotation to meet department needs
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a Registered Nurse Case Manager opportunity at an Acute Care Facility within the Case Management department. The role involves Care Coordination and Discharge Planning in a hospital setting. First-time travelers are accepted; Clinical will screen 1st time travelers.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of acute care Hospital Case Manager experience performing Care Coordination and Discharge Planning hospital experience is required
