Must Be/Have: Experienced CM " a RN " Discharge planning assessment exp " Excellent UR " Psych social assessment skills " Acute hospital setting experience. Requires doing InterQuals & screening transfers for clinical appropriateness.
**BSN preferred * MUST HAVE EPIC EXP.
