Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in acute care case management/discharge planning
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend, including availability for holidays
Licensure: Must have a valid CA state license; pending licenses are accepted but must be active upon start date
Request Time Off Restrictions: No more than 7 days
